With more than 40 years of industry experience, including over 25 years in Occupational Health, Safety, and Training roles across Australian and international mining operations, RHS Solutions brings real-world experience gained from working alongside frontline teams, supervisors, managers, and corporate leadership.
Our experience has been developed through supporting both client and contractor organisations across diverse operational areas, including production, maintenance, logistics, shotcrete ground support, engineering, and project teams. This has provided us with a practical understanding of how safety systems need to operate in dynamic, high-risk environments.
Our story: Sharing knowledge for a safer tomorrow
One of the most valuable lessons I have learned is that every workplace has knowledge worth sharing. Too often, however, those lessons remain within a single organisation and are not passed on to others who could benefit from them. Whether the lesson comes from an incident investigation, a successful safety initiative, or an improved work process, sharing that knowledge can help prevent similar events elsewhere. It can reduce risk, prevent injuries, and, in some cases, save lives.
That is why I established RHS Solutions. My goal is to share the knowledge and experience I have gained throughout my career by helping businesses develop practical, sustainable, and compliant safety and training systems. I work alongside organisations to create solutions that are easy to understand, practical to implement, and effective in managing workplace risks.
